Why PEACE OF MIND Geriatric Specialists?

Peace of Mind Geriatric Services specializes in in-home geriatric care, conducted by your primary physician. Unlike other practices and agencies where many levels of care are conducted outside of the home with professionals of less knowledge and skill, Peace of Mind gives you Peace of Mind by putting your care into the hands of a qualified physician.

“Throughout my 16 years in medicine, I have learned that the needs associated with aging are not met in the current system.  Services are difficult to obtain, confusion exists about the medical plan, and the patient/ family feel like they’re alone.  Typically, healthcare services stop when you leave the doctor’s office and patients are left to interpret and implement things on their own with little or no support.

PEACE OF MIND Geriatric Specialists knows and understands the needs of aging.  With the Direct Primary Care model (taking insurance out of the doctor-patient relationship), care is more personal and centered around your needs, time is not an issue, and therapies cost less.”

Peace of Mind offers 5 levels of service:

  • Geriatric care (everything on site)
  • Geriatric Consultations
  • Veterans care (starting with DBQ)
  • Dementia Care
  • Rehab / Transitioning Back Home
